About Us
Established in 2024, the name Full Breach traces back to a paintball team founded in the early 2000s by the father of founder Alexander James Respicio Baybay. Inspired by that legacy, Co-Founder Cyrus Eppie—A.J.’s cousin—helped bring the name into a new era, building what is now known as Full Breach Milsim.
What began as a dedicated airsoft team has evolved into a diverse community of individuals from civilian, law enforcement, and military backgrounds. By combining passion with discipline, Full Breach Milsim has transformed a hobby into a platform for training, teamwork, and brotherhood.
Through consistent growth and a strong presence on social media, FBM has gained recognition within the milsim community. Between 2025 and 2026, the team expanded its reach by participating in major events and forming partnerships with well-known brands and organizations.
As we continue to grow, we remain committed to pushing our limits, improving every day, and upholding the standard we’ve set for ourselves.
